We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting all people-related matters across our hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support business units in areas of:
Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employee engagement.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and Saudi labor law compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Requirements
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B or service-oriented industries.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational HR experience.
